1. Go to www.wacom.com
2. Go to Customer Care and click Product Drivers.
3. Select tablet model from tablet model dropdown menu.
-Either Cintiq 12WX (small model) or Cintiq 21UX (large model)
4. Select computer operating system from dropdown menu.
5 Click Download on the most recent driver selection (at the top of the list).
6. Open the downloaded file and install
- If a message about needing administrative privileges pops up, do the following:
-Go to downloads folder and right click on the driver file.
- Select run as, then select the administrator profile
-ededave (on older computers)
-eoldave or elodave on newer ones.
7. A restart will likely be required.
